About the role
AMN Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13‑week assignment at HCA – Corpus Christi Medical Center – Bay Area in Corpus Christi, Texas. The position starts November 1, 2026, requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts, and involves providing specialized cardiac care in a vibrant coastal city known for its waterfront attractions, the Texas State Aquarium, the USS Lexington Museum, and proximity to South Padre Island.
Responsibilities

Requirements
Active registered nurse (RN) license in Texas (compact accepted), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Qualifications
Experience in telemetry or cardiac care recommended; proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems helpful.
Skills
Teamwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond quickly to changes in patient status.

Pay
Pay rate: $1,533.00 – $1,612.00 per week (based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week); tax‑free stipend to be determined.
Schedule
