Travel Telemetry RN - $1,566 per week

About the role

Travel Registered Nurse – Telemetry (ICCU) – 13‑week contract in San Antonio, Texas. Start date: ASAP. Full‑time schedule of 36 hours per week, working 12‑hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient vitals and cardiac telemetry.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately using Meditech.
• Perform procedures such as transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) and cardioversion.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Active Texas RN license (temporary license not accepted).
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry nursing experience.
• 2+ years of travel nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with Meditech preferred.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.

Schedule

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM with rotating weekends.
