Travel Telemetry RN - $1,566 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with telemetry experience to join a Neuro Telemetry unit in San Antonio, Texas. This is a 13-week travel nursing contract position requiring 36 hours per week on night shifts.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM or 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Rotation weekends required
• Flexibility to meet unit needs

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring and assessment for patients
• Manage patient care plans and document clinical information accurately
• Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Float to other units as needed per floating policy

Required Experience & Certifications

• Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses are not accepted)
• 2+ years of hospital experience, specifically in telemetry
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with neurological disorders, including stroke and seizures
• Knowledge of Meditech documentation system
