Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring services under the direction of a physician.
• Assess patient condition and report changes in vital signs and other pertinent data.
• Document observations and interventions accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Carolina.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience in telemetry preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Basic computer skills for electronic health records (EHR).
