About the Role

This is a 13-week assignment with 4 openings available. The shift is nights, scheduled as three 12-hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15. The start date is 09/08/2026, and the charting system used is Cerner.

• BiPAP/CPAP management
• Blood Product Administration
• Care for patients with CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident)
• High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) management
• Interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Isolation Precautions/PPE
• IV insulin protocols
• Manage Cardiac drips (no titration)
• Manage Vasoactive drips (no titration)
• Management of dysrhythmias
• Nasal Cannula and Oxygen administration
• Oxygen tank management
• PCA (Patient-Controlled Analgesia)
• PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown care
• Peripheral Line Care/Management
• PICC line management
• Post Cardiac Angiogram care
• Cardiac Telemetry
• Feeding tube care and management
• Heparin Protocols
• Post MI (Myocardial Infarction) care
• Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management
• Titrate Vasoactive drips
• Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
• Pre/Post Cardiac Cath care
• Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery care
• Pre/Post Neurosurgery care
• Renal failure management
• Spinal cord injury care
• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Telemetry (on-unit monitoring)
• Titrate Cardiac drips
• Titration of Insulin drips
• TR Band management
• Traumatic Brain Injury care
• Wound Care/Wound Vac management

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Certifications: NIHSS, ACLS, BLS, CPI
• Licensure: Active MO License or Compact License (Quick License State with application process taking 2 weeks or less)

Pay

Weekly pay ranges from $2,062 to $2,279, including taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements.
