Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and record data accurately using the Sorian charting system.
• Provide ongoing care and treatment to telemetry patients under the supervision of a physician.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers and family members.

Requirements

• Current WV License or a compact license accepted.
• One year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
