Responsibilities

• Travel to various locations across North Carolina
• Provide telemetry nursing care in a hospital setting
• Administer blood products and manage central lines
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Implement isolation precautions and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Manage cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration
• Manage and interpret nasal cannulas and non-invasive airway management
• Perform peripheral line care and management
• Work with rapid response and code teams

Requirements

• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Skills in blood product administration, central line care/management, interpretation of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions/PPE, managing cardiac drips, managing vasoactive drips, managing dysrhythmias, MS/Tele, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, peripheral line care/management, telemetry, and using rapid response/code teams
