About the role

Telemetry Registered Nurse position in Spokane, WA at an acute-care, Level 2 trauma hospital with 633 beds. Assignment length is 13 weeks, with one opening available.

Pay

$1,868 to $2,096 weekly (includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements).

Schedule

• Shift: Nights, 19:00 – 07:00
• 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
• Start date: 09/08/2026

Responsibilities

• BiPAP/CPAP management
• Chest tubes (Emerson/PleurEvac)
• Craniotomy care
• CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) management
• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Neuro Stepdown unit experience
• Pre/post neurosurgery care
• Procedural sedation administration and monitoring
• Spinal cord injury care
• Telemetry monitoring
• Traumatic brain injury care

Requirements

• 1 year of experience
• Active WA RN license or Compact License
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Epic charting experience
