Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse - $2,275 per week

About the role

Telemetered (Telemetry) Nurse in a healthcare facility providing specialized nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring on the night shift. The role involves floating across multiple units within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients with diagnoses such as CHF, cardiac catheterization, chest pain, pneumonia, chronic renal disease, COPD, orthopedic, and oncology cases (including chemotherapy administration)
• Interpret telemetry strips from Phillips monitors and collaborate with monitor techs when available
• Work with CNAs for patient care duties including blood sugar management
• Coordinate with RTs for respiratory equipment (CPAP/BiPap) and manage other respiratory treatments
• Utilize EPIC for charting
• Participate in weekend rotations every other week and holiday rotations with the permanent team
• Float to other units as needed

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• BSN preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to float across units
• Completion of 1-2 shift orientation with a preceptor

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
