Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Works 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, days
- Every other weekend on call requirement
- Nurse/Patient ratio: 5:1-6:1 depending on staffing
- Patients on the unit: Cardiac and Telemetry (not a stepdown unit)
- Opportunity for temp to perm
Requirements
- BLS certification from AHA required
- ACLS certification from AHA required
- RN License in state of employment or compact
- No weekend requirements
- No on-call requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
