Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse - $2,060 per week
Job Summary
The Telemetry Nurse in Northampton, Massachusetts will provide care to patients with critical or life-threatening conditions, monitor and interpret rhythms, administer prescribed cardiac medications and approved drips, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and may need to float to other units based on hospital needs.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Nursing degree
- Massachusetts license
- One year of clinical experience in telemetry nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- American Heart Association (AHA) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Additional Information
The Telemetry Nurse is expected to recognize and assist with patients in shock or experiencing other life-threatening complications. Responsibilities include assisting with emergency and elective cardioversions and the insertion of temporary pacemakers. The role may require floating to other units and assisting outside the core skill set when necessary.

Pay Package
The Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
