Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse - $1,900 per week
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry located in Zanesville, Ohio. This position involves working primarily on a designated observation unit with responsibilities extending to other medical-surgical units and potentially emergency department areas, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care on a Telemetry unit, with duties extending to medical-surgical units and potentially the emergency department.
- Adhere to shift timings from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend, with minimal call duties.
- Read and interpret Telemetry and Bedside Cardiac Rhythm Analysis (BCRA).
- Demonstrate competency in Epic Electronic Medical Record system (refresher classes or one-on-one training not permitted).
Requirements
- Valid RN license.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent Telemetry and Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
- Proficiency in Epic Electronic Medical Record system.
- Ability to read Telemetry and BCRA; candidates will be tested on day one and immediate termination applies if competency is not met.
Schedule
- Night shift, 12 hours (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM).
- 36 hours per week.
- Every other weekend required.
- Minimal call duties.
- Duration: 13 weeks, starting 09/21/2026.
Additional Information
- The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract.
- Hours may vary from the standard 12-hour shifts.
- All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission and included in the confirmation documents to be honored.
- The agency’s contract must mirror the confirmation page exactly, including start, end, and RTO dates.
