Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse - $1,862 per week
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care for surgical cardiovascular and medical cardiac patients requiring progressive monitoring. The nurse will also be responsible for caring for vascular patients, detox patients, and individuals who have undergone amputations.
Responsibilities
- Caring for pre-op and post-op surgical cardiovascular patients.
- Making sure medical cardiac patients are monitored in a progressive care unit (PCU).
- Managing patient care under established patient ratios.
- Providing telemetry care and monitoring.
- Administering medications including Heparin, Cardizem, and other cardiac drips.
- Performing procedures such as central line care, wound vac management, and use of CPAP/BiPAP.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia or a compact state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Experience with IV start, telemetry, and progressive care units (PCU) is essential.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Day shift, 4x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00), with every other weekend required.
