Unit Details

• 32-bed unit
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
• Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:3-4
• Charge Nurse duties: Yes, without patient assignment
• Clinical Supervisor available in a management role
• Patient Care Technicians (PCTs): 1 per every 16 patients
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Scrub Color: Navy
• Charting System: Cerner
• Must be able to titrate cardiac drips
