Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on a telemetry unit
- Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize arrhythmias
- Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Administer IV medications accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and care team members
- Maintain precise documentation in EMR systems
- Work in a fast-paced telemetry environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Experienced RN with telemetry and cardiac monitoring expertise
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills
