About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing assignment in Brick, New Jersey. The role is a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) providing care to adult patients recovering from medical conditions and surgical procedures while closely monitoring cardiac status in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to adult patients in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry alerts
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and update care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document patient status and care interventions accurately

Requirements

• Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• Strong time management, adaptability, and critical thinking skills

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
