Travel Tele/Med Surg RN - $1,838 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing assignment in Winchester, Virginia. The position is a 13‑week travel assignment starting 10/12/2026, 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS certification
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care Med‑Surg setting
• Other requirements as determined by the client facility

Responsibilities

• Provide care for adult patients before and after surgical procedures and manage pharmaceutical treatments.
• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient’s health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care.
