Travel Tele Intermediate RN - $2,343 per week

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) assignment in Galesburg, Illinois. The role begins 10/05/2026, lasts 13 weeks, involves 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts, and is a travel position with a Joint Commission‑certified staffing agency.

Responsibilities

• Connect patients to telemetry machines that measure heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood‑oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram information.
• Monitor and interpret the data displayed on computer screens to assess patient condition and identify potential health problems.
• Develop nursing care plans and maintain accurate medical records.
• Provide comfortable placement of monitoring equipment and ensure accurate data collection.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS Certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Telemetry setting
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility
