Travel System Support Technician

Role Summary Install, remove, and maintain IT systems at retail travel center locations. Work with network infrastructure, point-of-sale (POS) equipment, computers, servers, printers, and low-voltage cabling. Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting to keep systems operational. Key Duties Install and update IT hardware and network components, including POS systemsRemove and replace IT equipment as needed for site operationsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-siteVerify installations meet business needs and compliance requirementsMaintain and support systems to ensure reliable performance Qualifications & Skills Hands-on experience with networking, POS equipment, and core IT hardwareStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work on low-voltage cabling and related installationsCustomer-focused, able to provide effective on-site supportMust be based in the Knoxville area and able to travel frequently to job sites
