About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg setting
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Louisiana
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in Med Surg preferred
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
