This role requires a skilled professional who is capable of providing exceptional care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the SICU. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records. Qualifications Current nursing license in the state of practice. Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a critical care setting. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
