Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries regarding travel bookings, accommodations, and transportation arrangements.
- Process travel requests, including coordinating with suppliers and managing reservations.

- Monitor and update client accounts, ensuring all payments are received and reconciled accurately.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or travel-related role.
