Our projects range from short-term assignments to large-scale builds lasting several months, giving our team the opportunity to work on complex structures across the country. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in structural steel, commercial framing, concrete formwork, or related structural construction work
- Previous leadership experience managing multiple crews, subcontractors, or field personnel
- Strong blueprint reading, layout, rigging, and structural construction knowledge
- Ability to travel 100% for projects and work overtime, including every other weekend as required
- OSHA 30, Qualified Rigger, Crane Signaler, AWS Welding, or First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus

Salary: $45 - $65 per hour
