Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications
- Assist with cardiac procedures
- Observe patient conditions
- Respond to emergencies
- Document assessments
- Educate patients on cardiac health
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure safety and infection control protocols
- Provide high-quality cardiac and telemetry care
- Adhere to regulatory standards to deliver patient-centered care
Requirements
- One year of recent Stepdown RN experience
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- PCCN certification
- NIHSS certification
- Other relevant certifications
