Travel Stepdown RN

Role: Travel Stepdown RN responsible for providing specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical units. Key Duties: Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, administer medications, assist with cardiac procedures, observe patient conditions, respond to emergencies, document assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care. Qualifications: One year of recent Stepdown RN experience, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS Certifications. Preferred certifications include PCCN and NIHSS. Skills: Critical thinking, excellent communication, physical ability to move equipment and patients, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in technical and sensory skills.
