About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment starting September 25, 2026, in Cleveland, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients recovering from surgery or illness
- Monitor patient health and administer necessary treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with family members and referring physicians
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
- Experience in step-down care preferred
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay
