Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the stepdown and medical-surgical units, adhering to patient ratios and care standards.
• Titrate drips such as Heparin, insulin, Cardizem, and amiodarone as required.
• Monitor patients using telemetry equipment and read strips at Ruby.
• Support team collaboration and documentation to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Follow hospital policies regarding dress code and orientation requirements.
