This role involves working night shifts, specifically on a 12-hour schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM, including holiday and weekend rotation as needed. Key Responsibilities Provide care for patients meeting the Medical Step-Down level of care. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions. Mandatory Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in critical care or step-down nursing. Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or another professional nursing certification recognized by the Magnet Association. At least 2 years of experience in critical care or step-down nursing. Additional Information Holiday coverage is required for this position.
