About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 6-week assignment in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing patient care for patients recovering from surgery or illness
- Provide step-down care to patients requiring less intensive monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality of care
- Perform medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and other assigned tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in step-down care preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
