About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment in Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care in a step-down unit setting
- Provide support to patients recovering from surgery or acute illness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care continuity
- Perform medication administration and other clinical duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Arizona
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in step-down unit or similar setting preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
Skills
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
