Travel Stepdown Registered Nurse - $2,221 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment at a hospital on the Colorado border near Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Provide step-down care to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Perform basic patient care tasks such as administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with treatments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Wyoming.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in step-down care preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Knowledge of step-down care protocols.
