Responsibilities
- Provide step-down care to patients recovering from surgery
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in step-down care
- Experience with post-surgical patients
- Experience with electronic medical records
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current BLS certification
