Travel Stepdown Registered Nurse - $1,861 per week

About the role

A great facility in MD is looking for some help in their IMC/Stepdown Units. They are in need of traveling nurses to work 12 hour shifts on these 13 week assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide step-down care to patients recovering from acute illnesses or injuries
• Assist with daily patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in step-down or related ICU setting
• BLS certification required

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in computer systems and documentation

Skills

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with step-down or ICU protocols
