About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment in Augusta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care in a step-down unit setting
- Provide support to patients recovering from surgery or acute illness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care continuity
- Perform basic nursing duties including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing patient education
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Georgia
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in a step-down unit preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for electronic health records (EHR)
