• Provide specialized nursing care in a stepdown unit, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and document care activities accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Current RN license; BCLS, BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; previous travel experience is not mandatory.
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Able to work effectively in a night shift (3x12 hours).
