Travel Stepdown Cardiac RN - $2,016 per week

The Cardiac Telemetry RN will be responsible for the care and monitoring of patients with various cardiac conditions. This role requires a strong background in telemetry and cardiac care, as well as the ability to float within the unit as needed. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work holidays, and call-offs or additional RTO may result in contract termination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' cardiac status and telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with special procedures related to cardiac care.
• Manage and care for central and peripheral lines, including arterial lines.
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• 2 years of cardiac nursing experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS preferred.
• First-time travelers accepted with the requisite experience.

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12 Hour (18:45 - 07:15). Weekend coverage required with 4 weekend shifts per 4 weeks. 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts.
