Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Step Down care at an advanced progressive care unit in Atlanta, Georgia. Required Qualifications

• Valid GA or compact license
• 18 months of RN experience in step-down or similar unit within the past 3 years
• ACLS certification
• Willingness to take a rhythm identification test (proctored, non-multiple choice)
• No vent experience required but will require LVAD course completion provided by the hospital

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience caring for post-CABG cardiac surgery patients
• Chest tube management
• Ability to handle complex cardiac patients

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
