Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on the step-down unit, monitoring patient status and responding to changes.
• Float to units J1-2, J33, and ED as needed to care for the same patient population.
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Work at least every other holiday as required.
• Follow hospital protocols and ensure safety standards are maintained.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE 12 months PERM experience in specialty applying for.
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.

Pay

Pay Range: $2,568.16 - $2,696.57 (based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week). Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 12 hours, 36 hours per week (3×12). Schedule: 19:00 – 07:30 (night shift). Shift Info: Day 3×12‑Hour (07:00 – 19:30). Contract Length: 13 weeks.
