Requirements
- MUST HAVE 12 months PERM experience in specialty applying for
- MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HAND
- AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
- Must work at least every other holiday
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to neuro stepdown patients during night shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to neurological changes promptly
- Ensure compliance with all licensure and certification requirements
- Complete necessary assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate during orientation
- Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient care plans
