Travel Step Down RN - $2,501 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Intermediate Care for a 13-week assignment starting September 21, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessment.
• Utilize computer equipment to monitor cardiac and other critical vital signs and detect any changes.
• Enable intervention of life-threatening or emergency situations based on patient's vital signs.
• Provide care for patients who aren't unstable enough to need ICU care.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Accredited nursing program degree
• BLS & ACLS Certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
