Travel Step Down RN - $2,440 per week

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Stepdown Unit for a 13-week contract position in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while rotating through day and night shifts as necessary. This position includes potential floating to other units based on patient care needs.

Schedule

• Day shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
• Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
• D/N rotating shifts may be required based on operational needs

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in a Stepdown environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care delivery
• Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with coordinated discharge planning and patient education

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in a Stepdown or equivalent nursing specialty
• Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license required at the time of submission
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS must be in hand upon submission
• Experience with ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate; assessment will occur during orientation

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
