Travel Step Down RN - $2,300 per week
Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for an assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.
About the Role
This 13-week travel assignment starts on August 28, 2026, with a 12-hour night shift and 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months permanent Stepdown/PCU experience
- Active Ohio license or active compact state license in hand at time of submission
- AHA BLS & ACLS certifications (must be active and in hand at time of submission)
- 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty (preferred within one location)
- One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (acceptable score required)
- No open cases or license hits accepted by the facility
- Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen within 12 months of start (updated annually)
- BCI/FBI fingerprints completed within 48 hours of signing the contract
- Modules recorded via Silkroad

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay may differ and is subject to change during an assignment.
