About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a position at Grape Tree Medical Hospital in Saint Louis, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and nurses in providing patient care
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to healthcare providers
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient care activities and medical history accurately
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Missouri
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in step-down unit preferred

- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shift: 12 hours, nights
