Travel Step Down RN - $2,129 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel nursing contract in the PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown unit in Blackwood, New Jersey. The position requires a valid NJ or compact RN license and at least one year of relevant experience. This role involves floating to like units, working every other weekend, and one holiday during the assignment.

Schedule

• Night Shift: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
• 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 09/14/2026

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown settings
• Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation
• Administer care for patients requiring various procedures including central line management and ventilator care
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and lab results to make clinical decisions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown nursing experience
• Current NJ or compact RN license required at time of submission
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Patient ratio: 4:1
• Experience with telemetry and monitoring preferred
