About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland. This position requires 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and overnight work.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in a step-down unit setting
- Assist patients transitioning from intensive care to less critical care levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care continuity
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of recent experience in a step-down unit
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Maryland
- Pass required background checks and drug screenings
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for travel nursing contracts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills for electronic health records
