Travel Step Down RN - $2,045 per week
About the role
VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a Hospital contract in Charlottesville, Virginia. The position will start on September 14, 2026, last for 13 weeks, and work 36 hours per week with a 12-hour shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to step down unit patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately in compliance with medical standards.
- Follow hospital policies regarding float and scheduling procedures.
Requirements
- BLS, ACLS required.
- Must have Epic experience.
- Must adhere to UVAs float policy.
- Can submit with VA license pending.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a current RN license and be eligible to work in Virginia. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, and experience with Epic is preferred. Candidates must also be able to follow UVAs float policy and submit with a pending VA license.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in using Epic are essential.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $1956.68 - $2054.51 per week, subject to confirmation.
