Pay

$2,436.96 to $2,635.60 weekly (includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements).

Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 4 × 12-hour shifts (07:00 – 19:00)
• Start date: August 20, 2026

Responsibilities

• Blood product administration
• Central line care and management
• Chest tubes (Emerson/PleurEvac)
• Feeding tube care and management
• Heparin protocols
• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Isolation precautions and PPE
• Peripheral line care and management
• Telemetry monitoring (on-unit)
• MS/Tele patient care
• Nasal cannula and oxygen administration
• Non-invasive airway management
• Orthopedic trauma care
• PICC line management
• Spinal cord injury care
• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Surgical drain management
• Tracheostomy care and management
• Traumatic brain injury care
• Use of rapid response and code teams
• Wound care and wound vac management

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active WV license or Compact License (quick application process: 2 weeks or less)
• Certifications: ACLS, CPI, BLS
• Charting system: Cerner

Facility & Unit Information

• Facility type: Acute care hospital (Level 1 trauma center)
• Bed count: 803
• Patient ratios: 3:1 (nights and weekends)
