About the role
Arrow Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a position in Florence, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide stepdown care to patients recovering from acute illnesses or surgeries
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care continuity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Carolina
- At least one year of step-down care experience
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of step-down care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
