Travel Speech Therapist II - $2,855 per week

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 14-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Newport Beach, California. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and benefits including holiday pay, a 401k retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a variety of healthcare settings.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, or exceptional candidates with a strong passion.
• Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
• Pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred, but we are open to exceptional candidates with a strong passion.
• Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, especially during stressful and fast-paced moments in the healthcare setting.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
