About the role
American Traveler is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for an acute care hospital setting in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Work within the Speech Therapy department of an acute care hospital setting
- Provide therapy services to patients requiring speech-language pathology services
- Participate in modified barium swallow studies and/or FEES as needed
- Adhere to 4x10-hour shifts scheduled on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Work for a 13-week assignment length
- Maintain contracted hours through potential reassignment or floating to other units or care sites within the health system
Requirements
- At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Licenses required if applicable
- References required for consideration
- Cover letter required for consideration
- Covid vaccination documentation required for consideration
Benefits
Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
